Quantum dot (QD) diffusion plate is a totally novel product consisting of the central QD functional layer, the upper and button layers co-extruded in the module with special textures duplicated from heated rollers. It is equivalent of a regular diffusion plate and a QD film used on LCD backlight unit.
QD diffusion plate can enlarge light of LED beads to full screen. Meanwhile, QD in which can give out pure red & green lights in the circumstance of being excited by blue light to get high-quality white light as a result of the mixture of three primary colors, which prominently improve color gamut of LCD up to 110% NTSC.
