We have totally built 36,000m² warehouse and workshop. The workshop covers 26,000m² and another one is being planned. In order to produce good-quality products, we carry out Clean Room Management System in it. Meanwhile, we plan to build up a Class 10,000 dust-free workshop of nearly 10,000m², Class 1,000 or even Class 100 will be enforced in parts. Every single workshop has its own automatic material supply unit which helps improve manufacturing efficiency. Every production line has been equipped with a CCD detection unit for full inspection and a mechanical arm unit for collection. Therefore, we can see that each process in making products is automatic. We set up a 400-square-meter Quality and Inspection Center in which there exists nearly 70 inspection devices mainly including haze meters, fluorescent spectroscopes, high temperature & humidity testers, blue backlight modules by which we strictly monitor data to provide clients with good products and service.
